Inspired by Puerto Rico’s indigenous Taino people, COA at Dorado Beach, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve is named after the traditional wooden harvest tool that first enabled the development of agriculture on the island. With a name deeply rooted in Puerto Rico’s culinary culture, COA features a grill concept and carefully crafted menu showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients. COA is also home to La Cava, offering an impressive variety of more than 690 hand-selected prestigious wine labels and vintages, one of the largest selections in the entire Caribbean. The wines at La Cava can be savored with dinner at COA or through a selection of curated wine experiences created by Wine Director and Court of Master Sommeliers-Certified Sommelier, Jonathan Morán.
