HYATT PLACE SAN JUAN / CITY CENTER

The 149-room Hyatt Place San Juan began construction in October 2014 and opened its doors January 2016. The six-story tower is centrally located in the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan, adjacent to the Hyatt House San Juan, minutes from all major attractions and beaches in the Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar and Hato Rey districts. It also offers easy access to all major cruise ship terminals and Puerto Rico’s International Airport.  Hotel facilities and amenities include the Hyatt Place Gallery lobby/lounge with Bakery Café and 24-hour Guest Kitchen, dining areas offering indoor and outdoor seating, 3,165 square feet of flexible meeting space, a fitness center and free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. The property also features a resort style pool, including a children’s play area with slides and water features, Jacuzzi and the Hyatt “Pool Shack”, offering light food and refreshments. The hotel has 110 surface parking spaces.
