About This Project

In a very special property of 200 acres overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of La Plata River, we are building our newest residential community. In Gran Vista we returned to Puerto Rico’s most important local market (starting under $200,000) to create a unique living environment with unmatched amenities at an unequaled value.

Inspired in the property’s agricultural history, we chose a “contemporary rustic” stylee for the Mirador Pavillion, the Piscina Panoramica, and Los Chorros, a mechanical-interactive kids pool designed in partnership with famed local sculptor, Luis Torruella.  The community park also includes a playground, exercise track, basketball court, mini-soccer field, miles of nature trails and a fitness center we have branded Studio Ecofit.
